CREATIVE BRIEF:
The Tennessee Credit Union (TTCU) went through a Core Processing System upgrade in late 2019. With this upgrade, came the opportunities to rebrand many existing outdated products and other collateral material, including their Debit and Credit Card Designs. Historically, the cards were stock images of ocean waves that did not match the brand or direction of the quickly growing financial institution.
SOLUTION:
Redesign a universal card with alternating color patterns that could be used for both credit cards as well as debit cards. The features were made to be simplistic but representative of the Credit Union as it was growing technologically. The cards were matte-finished, debossed in silver, and included new features like contactless payment influenced by my team as a desirable and contemporary feature. These cards were redistributed to all 25,000 members after conversion.
